Payment Terms and Conditions
You agree to comply with our guidelines, rules, and policies regarding the purchase of products through the website. Besides, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the changes published on the platform. The payment terms and conditions will apply to purchase orders and payment made between you and the seller.
- You agree to pay for products by credit or debit card that can be used for a legal settlement
- You agree not to cancel the payment later unless you receive a product that does not appropriate to the agreement, the product has not been delivered within the shipping period, or the product you receive is significantly different from the seller description
- You acknowledge the Refund Policy of a payment that are successfully paid, this can be done only when the seller agrees and notifies the refund request.
- You acknowledge all refunds to be made through the original payment method and to the person making the transaction.
- You acknowledge no guarantee that the refund will be credited to your account on time. The refund process may take time and depends on each bank and/or the payment service provider who process the refund.

Returns
In accordance with global retail industry standards and due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges of products unless damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and order number to be sent to customerservice@ingrediox.com. The price of the returned product will be provided in a refund to the credit card used to purchase.
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards.
- Non-refundable items: Shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) must be requested within 7 working days of receiving your product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you havent received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If youve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@ingrediox.com.
- Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We will offer an online voucher or coupon in return.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or erroneously supplied. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@ingrediox.com and send your item to:

Cancellations
We are committed to offering customers the finest products available. If the customer feels the products he/she received from us do not meet this expectation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying any reason, within 7 days of the date the products were received. Products being returned must be in the original packaging, unused and unopened, in the same condition that they were received.
- Notification of the customers intention to exercise the right of cancellation can be done by emailing us with the customers order details, including the customer order number and the description of the products which are being returned.
- If the customer returns products for reasons other than defects in the products, or incomplete or incorrect delivery, he/she will be required to arrange and pay for the direct costs of the return of the products to us.
- Upon exercising the right of cancellation, we undertake to reimburse the customer the full price of the products within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of the cancellation, provided that they are shipped back unused and undamaged, in the original packaging, to the extent that they have been kept and used with all due care and attention. Refunds will only be made against the original credit card used or in the form of a voucher or coupon to shop on the website.
- It is strongly recommended that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature upon receipt). We cannot be liable for returned products lost in transit.

Terms and Conditions of Membership
The applicant agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions of website membership:
- Membership registration is free of charge.
- The applicant must provide complete and accurate information. For the benefit of the applicant, if it is found that the information provided is false, the website will suspend the applicant's usage without prior notice.
- Upon successful registration, the website will send an activation code to the email address provided by the applicant. The applicant must use this activation code to confirm membership. Only then can the applicant use the username and password to log in to the system.
- Anyone who impersonates or performs any act that violates personal rights by using another persons information to register for membership to gain membership rights is committing an offense and will be subject to legal penalties.
- The applicant must keep their password and username confidential. If someone else gains access using the applicant's credentials, the website will not be held responsible.
