At this time, we ship only within Thailand.
What shipping options do you offer, and What do they cost?

We do offer several shipping carriers for example Thailand Post, Kerry Express, Flash Express, SCG Express, and J&T Express etc. which the standard ground shipping taking 2-7 business days upon locations. The Standard Shipping Rates are as belows;

Can I change the delivery address, once I place my order?
If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@ingrediox.com  We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.
What if I cannot find my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details. If you haven't received this email within a few days of your order, please check your spam folder. If your package is missing, please inspect your property to see if it was placed somewhere less visible. all the shipping providers offer proof of delivery, allowing you to track your package on their site and view a photo of where it was left. If the package still cannot be located, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date shown in the tracking information at customerservice@ingrediox.com We will support and undertake the necessary follow-up actions. This process usually takes 2-3 business days.
What should I do if my item arrives defective?
If your item is defective, please contact us immediately at customerservice@ingrediox.com with details and photographs of the defect. Do not discard the item, as we may need it returned for quality assurance and to process your claim. Depending on the nature of the defect and where you purchased the item, we may offer a replacement or refund. If the purchase was made through a third-party retailer, you should contact them directly for assistance.
